Step 5:
 

  Your  Session:  After a brief conversation with us, where You State your Intensions, you can hang up the phone and find a comfortable, peaceful place to lie down and Relax for the one to two hours of your Session.  You may want some private time afterwards too, you may want to advise loved ones to avoid interruptions during that time.  Set your Intent and ask that this Time and Space be held Sacred. 

During your Session you may or may not experience visions or feelings of energy running through parts of your body, or little pains that come and go.  You may fail asleep or even be aware of several levels of consciousness with many things happening all at the same time.  People often fall asleep on one level but hear themselves snore on another.  Whatever happens is part of your Divine Healing Process. 

* Very Important to Enhance and Maximize the Results of your Sessions...  Start a Journal:  first list your Intensions, then your experience of your Session (as soon after it as possible), then each day after note any clarity or insights, any differences in the way you react to events in your life.  Look to see and note any physical, mental, emotional, spiritual improvements.  Note things that are not there anymore (pains, headaches, blockages), especially easy to forget when they are gone.  Let go of and don't repeat any old familiar stories you have repeated in the past, they are gone now...  Also list any synchronous events, new opportunities and connections or occurrences with past friends.  You may want to include insights about changes or additions to your Intensions as well for your next Sessions.

Step 6:    BE Conscious of the Differences

  After:  Take it Easy for the next several days of Integration (after your Session and during the major part of the integration period),  Be in Nature as you can, and drink plenty of pure Water!   What ever happens is part of your Awakening-Healing process. 
Your Integration Process* actually can last several weeks to several months, but it's difficult for most people to be aware of the changes over a long period like this.  Some of the most profound Results come over and beyond this period.
