Adamantine  System

The Adamantine System is a philosophy of life that harmonizes contemporary scientific knowledge, spirituality, and metaphysics in a simple and yet profound base of knowledge.  This knowledge represents an advanced perspective of reality.  These new perspectives do not create any conflict with religious beliefs and serve as a bridge to understand our common values instead of our differences.   Formerly the Adamantine Health System: AHS.

The Adamantine System consists of four elements:

1. The Adamantine philosophy of Life
2. The five-minute Adamantine Meditation
3. The Adamantine Energy Therapy, which is a form of Complementary Medicine.
4. Extra sensorial perception, ESP techniques (dream management, visualization techniques, water purification, food restructuring, personal potential evaluation, etc.)

Our Meditation method is extremely simple and takes only five minutes. In this short time, it helps lower the frequency of brain waves from Beta 13 - 30 Hz to Alpha 8 – 12 Hz (brain waves are representations of the electrical activity in the brain that is measured and displayed by lines drawn on paper or on a computer screen.  There are four main types of brain waves in the electroencephalogram or EEG).  Alfa is the ideal mental state to access al levels of consciousness; a person in this state of relaxation may use extra sensory perception abilities.  The Adamantine Meditation does not create any conflict with any other Meditation technique that students may be using.   Students often refer to our meditation as "spiritual fast food."   The simplicity of this meditation method allows us to reach deeper levels of empowerment and reconnection with one's personal potential.  The Adamantine Meditation does not require the use of any mantras ^[1] or mudras ^[2].

[1] Mantra, Sanskrit word that means “instrument of thought." It is a magic phrase or prayer. In Hinduism and Buddhism mantras are usually repeated during meditation and other rituals. This word originally meant a Vedic hymn. 

[2] Mudra, Sanskrit word for special gesture made with the hands, which expresses ideas, emotions, etc .Mostly used in Hinduism and Buddhism while reciting mantras in meditations and other ceremonies.

The Adamantine Meditation may reduce stress levels, balance blood pressure, improve digestion, clear and focus the mind. It is also an excellent tool to start the day, or to find additional clarity when looking for answers to important questions.

 The first beneficiaries of learning Adamantine System, besides you, will be your family and friends. They will immediately notice an inviting deep change that stimulates and harmonizes everything around you.  This change is produced by a combination of factors working inside of the person. The most important change is produced when one's Magnetic Heart is allowed to command the mind, bringing a new perspective of reality, which creates a different paradigm and a fresh attitude towards life. 

Adamantine Complementary Medicine originated in Tibet.  It is an Advanced method that assists the body to heal much faster from most common ailments.  You can use it to help your body heal or to assist other people as well.  As hands-on or distance therapy it is very efficient, as each session can be as short as just five minutes or simply a few seconds.  The method works in a way similar to acupuncture and other complementary medicine therapies.  

Many Reiki Masters, yoga practitioners, Massage Therapists, practitioners of Acupuncture, Reconnection, Reflexology, etc. have studied the Adamantine System; they find that this system naturally and powerfully enhances and empowers their other work posing no conflict.  

We use only six physical points accessible by touch, not needles.  Stimulating these energy points, we stimulate in turn, specific areas of the body to help accelerate the natural healing process. This happens at a very subtle level, at the subatomic fabric of our atoms and cells that we call Adamantine Particles.  These are fundamental particles or the smallest subatomic particles that are building blocks for all matter.  When the Adamantine System therapy is applied, new and rejuvenated particles begin the restorative process.
