COSMIC MOMENTS COME AND GO                   021

       President Eisenhower once said, “Someday the people are going to want Peace so badly that the government will just have to get out of their way and let them have it.”
       During these tumultuous times, people are desperately searching for answers and striving to perceive a semblance of sanity and reason amidst the chaos happening in the world. It is quite clear that the answers are not outside, but mercifully, when people go within to the deepest recesses of their hearts and ask for guidance from their God Selves, the answers begin to surface.
       No one is in embodiment on Earth during this Cosmic Moment by accident. Every single person is here to fulfill a particular facet of the unfolding Divine Plan. This is the time each and every one of us has been preparing for over eons of time. We have a unique opportunity to lift this sweet Earth and all her life out of the depths of darkness and despair, and we already have everything we need within us to accomplish that mighty feat.
       Contrary to what we see on the news and read in the newspapers, the valiant efforts of Lightworkers all over the world are successfully creating a planetary grid of Peace and abundance. This force field of Light is growing daily and hourly with every thought, word, feeling or action anyone expresses that is qualified with Peace and abundance.
       Due to the millions of Lightworkers who are tirelessly striving to create Peace and prosperity on Earth, we are receiving more assistance from On High than ever before. In spite of the fear-based war rhetoric the media is bombarding us with, incredible events are taking place to help raise the consciousness of Humanity. Tremendous shifts have occurred in the Realms of Cause over the past several weeks that are now beginning to filter into the world of effects.
       During the Columbia tragedy on February 1, 2003, hundreds of millions of people all over the world stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to the Heavens. In an upward rush of compassion, people everywhere opened the Stargates of their hearts. In an unprecedented moment of Divine Grace, the collective open hearts of Humanity created a multidimensional portal between Heaven and Earth. The Company of Heaven grasped the opportunity and flooded the hearts and minds of Humanity with Divine Love and the realization of the Oneness of ALL Life.
       For a brief moment, the saber rattling stopped, and Humanity joined together in heartfelt prayer. This unified effort shattered many of the old archetypes of separation and birthed a new matrix of Peace and Oneness for the Earth. This matrix has been secured in the Heart Flames of every man, woman and child on Earth.
       On February 9, there was a powerful global meditation for Peace. Hundreds of thousands of Lightworkers expanded the force field of Oneness and Peace throughout the Middle East and around the world.
       On Valentine's Day, February 14, Legions of Light increased the Divine Love flowing through the newly-opened portal bridging Heaven and Earth. There was a global meditation at 12:00 noon local time, and people everywhere expanded the influx of Love around the world on the sacred Sound Ray.
       On February 15, the most massive Peace demonstrations in recorded history took place around the world. An unprecedented two million people marched in Rome. In London 1.5 million people took to the streets. In the United States of America millions of people in 123 cities protested the potential war with Iraq and earnestly demonstrated their desire for Peace. And millions of people in many other countries also voiced a unified demand for Peace.
       Students from grade school through college levels demonstrated on their campuses and wrote letters to this Administration demanding Peace and diplomatic solutions to the worlds problems instead of aggression.
       Even the organizers of the Peace demonstrations were stunned by the overwhelming response. When people involved in the demonstrations were asked by the media why they were participating, they consistently expressed things like, “I have never been inspired to demonstrate for a cause before, but for some reason I felt compelled to participate in this Peace march.”
       On March 1, 2003, our planet encountered a rare meteor shower from the Comet Bradfield—a dim comet discovered in 1976 by Bill Bradfield of Australia. According to NASA, this comet is known to swing through the inner Solar System approximately every 1,000 years. The comet's orbit is tilted so the shower is visible only from the far reaches of our planet's southern hemisphere.
       Comets and meteors shake the ethers and break down obsolete, crystallized patterns of imperfection, thus creating a fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential in the atmosphere of Earth.
       The feminine polarity of our Mother God enters the Earth as a tremendous shaft of Light in the area of Lake Titicaca in Bolivia. The Divine Love, Adoration and Reverence of our Mother God bathes the planet through the southern hemisphere of Earth.
       When the particles of the Comet Bradfield reverberated through the southern hemisphere, many obsolete patterns that conflict with Divine Love and the Oneness of all life were shattered. The patterns of Peace and Oneness pouring through the newly-opened portal were projected onto the fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential. These patterns of perfection were then imprinted at a cellular level into the genetic codings of Beloved Mother Earth.
       Humanity is subject to the influences of all of the celestial bodies. Changes are activated within each of us during Earth's alignments with Suns, planets, full moons, new moons, comets, meteors, solstices, equinoxes, eclipses and other heavenly events. Once the changes occur within us, they radiate out from the Divinity of our hearts to change the world and the Cosmos.
       Celestial alignments create unique opportunities and lift us up in energy, vibration and consciousness into higher frequencies of our Divine Potential. The New Moon of Pisces on March 3, 2003—03-03-03—assisted in empowering the myriad global Peace activities that took place on that very special day.
       At 3:33 a.m. and 3:33 p.m. local time, Lightworkers around the world joined together to invoke the Light of God. The Divine Intent of the global meditations and prayers was to increase the influx of God's Love, Eternal Peace and Reverence for Life on Earth.
       Beginning with the New Moon on March 3 and continuing through the Spring Equinox on March 21, 2003, we have an increased ability to create what we want to manifest in our lives. We also have a unique opportunity to raise our consciousness and to tap into the viable solutions pulsating in the Divine Heart and Mind of God.
       Within the Heart and Mind of God there are practical solutions for all of the maladies surfacing in our individual lives and on the planet. All we have to do is lift up in consciousness, ask for guidance and listen for the answers.
       March 3, 2003, was not only the New Moon of Pisces it was also the Tibetan New Year and the Muslim New Year. It was “Girl's Day” in Japan and Goddess Day as well. It is said that on the Tibetan New Year the Buddha expands all prayers and invocations made by Humanity one hundred thousandfold.
       The masculine polarity of our Father God enters the Earth as a tremendous shaft of Light in the area of the Himalayan Mountains in Tibet. The Divine Will, Power and Authority of our Father God bathes the planet through the northern hemisphere of Earth.
As hundreds of millions of people around the world prayed for Peace and abundance and turned their attention to the Divine Feminine, our Mother God expanded the new patterns of Peace and Oneness through all life.
       Then, as hundreds of millions of people focused on the Tibetan New Year and the Muslim New Year, our Father God increased the Light of Divine Will, Power and Authority through the masculine portal in Tibet. As the new patterns of perfection from the heart of our Father God bathed the Earth, many of the obsolete archetypes involving Humanity's abuse of power, greed, selfishness and the abuse of women were shattered and transmuted.
       Then, in perfect harmony and unison, our Father-Mother God embraced the Earth and all her life in the Divine Balance of the masculine and feminine polarities of God. This amazing gift of Grace will assist Humanity immensely as we integrate the masculine and feminine polarities within ourselves. Through this Divine Balance, we will learn to use our will, authority and power ONLY when it is balanced with love, adoration and reverence for life.
       From March 3-9, 2003, as the newly balanced masculine and feminine polarities of God integrated into every person's Heart Flame, women from 56 countries (including every state in the United States of America) joined together for what was called The Gathering of Women. During this sacred time, millions of women around the world formed a resonant field of energy by uniting in prayer and meditation.
       Women everywhere set aside a sacred retreat time and joined in consciousness to form a Circle of Love for themselves and our Earth. They connected with Spirit in whatever form they envisioned the Divine. They invoked global Peace and renewal and, among other things, empowered the Declaration of Humanity.
       This declaration was written by Dr. Ilchi Lee. Dr. Lee was with James Twyman and Neale Donald Walsch in Seoul, South Korea on March 3rd to dedicate the University of Peace, which is an affiliate of the United Nations.

       I declare that I Am a Spiritual Being, an essential and eternal part of the Soul of Humanity, One and indivisible.
       I declare that I Am a Human Being whose rights and security ultimately depend on assuring the human rights of all peoples of Earth.
       I declare that I Am a Child of the Earth with the will and awareness to work for goals that benefit the entire community of life on Earth.
       I declare that I Am a Healer with the power and purpose to heal the many forms of division and conflict that exist on Earth.
       I declare that I Am a Protector with the knowledge and the responsibility to help the Earth recover her natural harmony and beauty.
       I declare that I Am an Activist with the commitment and the ability to make a positive difference in my society.
       Seal this declaration with your heartfelt Gratitude.

       As the Light of God increases on Earth, people everywhere are waking up from their seemingly endless nightmare of darkness and despair. Upon awakening, they immediately begin searching for answers and striving to find meaning for what they are experiencing in their lives.
       Once people awaken, they are capable of reaching greater levels of clarity and understanding, and they are more open and receptive to the information pouring forth from the Realms of Illumined Truth. This is an amazing time, and in the midst of chaos, people are enthusiastically seeking new solutions to old problems.
       The Divine Intent of the information pouring forth from the Realms of Truth is to teach people how to go within to receive answers directly from their own God Selves, so that no one will have to depend on an outside source to guide them along their new path.
       In all of the years I have been giving Free Seminars, I have never seen such longing for the Truth. People everywhere have opened their hearts and are searching for methods that will assist them in improving the quality of their lives. People want to learn how to create prosperity and joy for themselves and their loved ones.
       Never has it been more urgent that the information pouring forth from the Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth be made accessible to ALL Humanity.
